In the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of all or substantially all of bm55's assets, player personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent, or where processing is unlawful. This right is subject to bm55's legal retention obligations under AMLA and PAGCOR regulations.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where bm55 relies on legitimate interests as its legal basis, and to object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
Where technically feasible and required by applicable NPC guidelines, you may request that bm55 provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or transmit it directly to another data controller designated by you.
You have the right to be indemnified for damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of your personal data by bm55, in accordance with RA 10173 and applicable Philippine law.
If you believe bm55 has violated your data privacy rights under RA 10173, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. bm55 encourages you to contact the bm55 DPO first to attempt resolution before escalating to the NPC.
The bm55 platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to Philippine gaming operators. bm55 does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
Age of majority confirmation is required at registration, and bm55 may conduct KYC age verification at any time. Where bm55 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that data will be deleted immediately, the account will be suspended, and any associated funds will be handled in accordance with bm55's Terms & Conditions and applicable Philippine law.
If you are under 21 years of age: You are not permitted to register for or use the bm55 platform. Do not submit personal information to bm55. If you believe a minor's data has been submitted to bm55, contact the bm55 DPO immediately using the details in Section 14.
bm55 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, changes in Philippine law, NPC guidance, or PAGCOR requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent revision was made.
Material changes to this Policy — changes that significantly affect how we process your personal data or alter your rights — will be communicated to you via platform notification and/or email to your registered address at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect, where practicable.
