Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for or using any service offered by bm55. By accessing the bm55 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Key Policy Highlights
bm55 is strictly for players 21 years of age or older. Age verification is mandatory at registration. Accounts created by minors will be immediately suspended and any balances forfeited per PAGCOR requirements.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, and expiry periods. bm55 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus found to have been claimed through fraudulent or abusive behavior.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are responsible for verifying payment details before initiating deposits. Withdrawals require completed identity verification and adherence to minimum withdrawal thresholds.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bm55 login credentials. bm55 cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from the player's failure to secure their account credentials.
All disputes arising from the use of bm55 services shall be resolved in accordance with Philippine law. Players may raise formal complaints through the bm55 customer support team as a first step prior to any escalation.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. All defined terms apply equally in their singular and plural forms.
By accessing, browsing, registering with, or otherwise using the bm55 platform in any capacity, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the bm55 platform and, if applicable, close your account.
Your continued use of bm55 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bm55 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of material changes through platform notifications or email to your registered address.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and bm55. By clicking "I Agree," "Register," or any similar confirmation button, or by continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
Access to and use of bm55 is conditional upon satisfying all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:
Age Verification: bm55 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All funds in such accounts — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — will be forfeited without exception. This policy is non-negotiable and applies without appeal.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active bm55 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bm55 reserves the right to suspend all accounts associated with the same individual and to forfeit all balances therein upon detection of duplicate account activity.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update their account details in the event of any change. bm55 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Failure to provide accurate information, or failure to update information promptly, may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Players must not share their credentials with any third party. bm55 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
bm55 conducts KYC verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering statutes and PAGCOR regulations. Players may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. bm55 reserves the right to restrict withdrawal access or suspend accounts pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
Accepted KYC Documents: Philippine-issued documents accepted for identity verification include valid Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, Voter's ID, and LTO Driver's License. Proof of address may be satisfied by a recent utility bill, bank statement, or other government-issued document showing your name and Philippine address dated within three months.
All deposits to bm55 accounts are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). bm55 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion is the sole responsibility and cost of the Player at their financial institution or payment provider level.
bm55 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. bm55 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless a specific promotion or payment method specifies a different minimum. Deposits below the minimum threshold may not be processed or may be returned to source.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly under normal system conditions. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within approximately 15 to 30 minutes during regular banking hours. Processing times may be extended during high-traffic periods, system maintenance, or payment provider service interruptions.
Funds deposited by Players are held separately from bm55 operational funds. bm55 does not use Player funds for operational expenses. Player balances are held in PHP and are available for withdrawal at any time subject to applicable verification, bonus wagering requirements, and withdrawal policies.
Players may request withdrawal of their available Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Bonus Funds and associated winnings remain subject to applicable Wagering Requirements prior to withdrawal eligibility.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
bm55 reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory KYC completion. Players are advised to complete KYC verification proactively after registration to avoid delays at the time of withdrawal.
GCash withdrawals are processed within an average of five (5) minutes under normal conditions. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers are typically completed within the same business day for requests submitted before 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. Processing times may be extended due to volumes, scheduled maintenance, or payment provider delays beyond bm55's control.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering measure. bm55 reserves the right to require additional verification where a Player requests withdrawal to a method different from their deposit source.
Anti-Money Laundering: bm55 is required by Philippine law to implement anti-money laundering controls. Any transaction or pattern of transactions that raises concerns under applicable AML regulations may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Funds associated with suspected money laundering activity will be frozen and may be forfeited.
bm55 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Any use of promotional offers in a manner that bm55 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
All games offered on the bm55 platform are governed by the individual game rules applicable to each game type, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. By placing a wager, a Player confirms their acceptance of the applicable game rules.
All bets placed on bm55 are subject to acceptance by bm55 at its sole discretion. bm55 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at any time, including but not limited to circumstances where technical errors have affected odds or game outcomes, where bm55 suspects fraud or collusion, or where applicable regulatory requirements so demand.
All electronic gaming outcomes on bm55 — including slots, virtual games, and random-outcome table games — are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that produce statistically random and independent outcomes on every play. bm55 does not manipulate or influence RNG outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles.
Live casino games on bm55 are conducted by human dealers in accordance with the published rules for each game variant. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game session, bm55's server records shall serve as the authoritative record of the game state and shall be used to determine the outcome of any wager placed prior to disconnection.
Sports betting markets on bm55 are subject to the Sports Betting Rules published on the Platform, which govern market settlement, void conditions, in-play betting procedures, and payout calculations. Sports betting markets may be suspended, voided, or settled in accordance with those rules in circumstances including but not limited to event cancellations, postponements, or the occurrence of extraordinary events affecting the integrity of the contest.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bm55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

All content on the bm55 platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, video, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of bm55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bm55 platform for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No Player may copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the bm55 platform or its content without express prior written authorisation from bm55.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bm55 provides the Platform and all its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
bm55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
In no event shall bm55, its directors, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if bm55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bm55's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by bm55's negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
bm55 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with the bm55 Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By registering for a bm55 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy, available at bm55.asia/privacy-policy, forms part of this Agreement and describes in detail what data bm55 collects, how it is used, how it is protected, and your rights as a data subject under Philippine law.
bm55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; detection of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or circumstances required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Upon termination of a Player account for breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the account — including deposited funds — may be withheld and reviewed. Where a breach involves fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct, bm55 may forfeit all funds and refer the matter to appropriate Philippine authorities. Where account closure is initiated by the Player or for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
Players wishing to close their bm55 account voluntarily may do so by contacting bm55 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any verified Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the withdrawal terms in Section 6.
bm55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via platform notification and/or email to the registered address at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such changes, where practicable.
Continued use of the bm55 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to any amended Terms, the Player should close their account and cease using the Platform before the amended Terms take effect.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. Nothing in this clause shall limit bm55's right to take proceedings against a Player in any other court of competent jurisdiction.

Formal complaints should include: the Player's registered username, a clear description of the issue, the date(s) on which the issue occurred, and any relevant supporting documentation. bm55 will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
